So I found out today that I have an enlarged heart, possibly due to a virus, but more likely due to stress and anxiety.  It can mean bad news bears, but I will be going to see a cardiologist on the 31st and I will find out more then.  I'm sure I will be alright.  I'm just glad to have figured out what has been wrong with me.  I'm tired of always feeling like this.  My chest is tight and I have random chest pains, my heart feels like its about to jump out of my chest, I get all panicky and even have panic attacks.  I feel an intense warmth from inside my chest, and I'm always worried I'm fixing to have a heart attack.  

At least now I know whats wrong, and I can start taking steps toward getting better.
